David and Jerry jointly founded Eastons Land and New Homes in 2010 to further to provide a unique service to the Landowner and Developer
With an extensive background in land Acquisition and construction, Jerry is familiar with the high demands of clients in the housing market and has held several senior positions, working for Sheridan Homes S.E, Green Acre Homes S.E and The Sequence Group, he has over 10 years experience in site assembly, planning, disposal, surveying and construction for both commercial and residential disciplines.
David worked as Head of Sales and Marketing for Crest Nicholson and Berkley Homes before forming the Eastons Group in 2000. His experience and knowledge of the New Homes sector combined with Jerry’s experience of the entire planning process has proven highly successful with both Landowners and Developers alike.
