Like most local agents we had “dabbled” with land and new homes however soon realised that there was nobody offering a dedicated local provision for this service.
To this end Jerry Kelly joined the company with a specific mandate to create a locally serving land assembly, planning and development advice service which would be free to clients.
Jerry had learned the trade over many years, initially working for Sherridan Homes, where he was responsible for sourcing potential development opportunities and then negotiating with individual and corporate land owners. This ability to, not only find local building potential, but sit down with individual owners, carefully explain what was involved in the process and find a suitable reward to satisfy all parties involved led to a very successful 15 years.
Having gained extensive practical experience from a private residential developer’s point of view Jerry then worked for a social developer and then a corporate land agent.

To date Eastons have secured terms on over 120 units on 23 sites, currently have a further xxx sites under option and are negotiating on a further 15 sites.
If you believe your property has development potential either on its own, or combined with a neighbour, Jerry will come round to you at a time to suit (it can be weekends or early one evening) have a look at your property then report back to you after making further investigations. If it would require the combining of your garden with neighbours land he would handle all the negotiations and introductions.
Any call you make to Jerry or visit he makes will be completely without obligation or cost and will be conducted in the strictest of confidence.
If he considers there is a development potential he will then, subject to your instruction, offer it to 2/3 developers for whom the site meets their building profile and, potentially more importantly, who are actively looking for land at the current time.
