Our On-Line Package, predominantly used by clients of smaller blocks or blocks with an active board of directors who want to remain hands-on, yet have support with the legislative, legal and financial side of things.

Whether you are a block of 4, 100 or more we provide a complete package of support to the elected directors enabling them to pass over the day to day running of the development whilst retaining full control of every penny spent and level of service is required.
 
Freeholders
Whilst the requirements for daily management will remain the same as for the Resident Management Company, as laid out in the lease, we understand that you have a slightly different perspective. We work to maintain a good relationship with all the leaseholders whilst providing you with regular management information.

With an active Land and new homes department we are ideally placed to advise on the formation of resident companies through to the handover as completions take place.
