We will ensure that your block and procedures comply with all current legislation and Health and Safety requirements.
Whilst we will carry out regular inspections of your development to make pro-active recommendations of works we believe necessary and potential improvements you might wish to consider, it will always be your decision if you wish to take these up
We will prepare and update a 5 year rolling budget to maintain as consistent as possible Service Charge levels.
We will always remember that whilst we are the managers, the development is your Home and will respect it accordingly.
Most importantly we are an experienced local firm using locally approved trades and you will always find a friendly face if you pop in or call.
